I had a amazing stay at The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi. The room was spacious and modern, with fantastic amenities. Service was mostly really good, but I did encounter a few staff interactions that felt lacking in warmth. Overall, a great location and facilities made my visit quite enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi, thanks to the excellent location and supportive staff. The check-in process was smooth, and special mention goes to staff like Walter Hua and Shirley for their attentive service. However, I did notice that some aspects of the room, such as the wooden bathtub, need upgrades. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I'm already planning my next visit! 😊
